Please make video, actually using the products, styling your hair to achieve your curly-ish look. From the time you get out of the shower and what you put in, while hair is wet, and then what steps exactly to follow. Thank you, look forward to seeing that video😍

I just let someone else know that I wanted to do that but because most of the steps took place in the shower it made it hard to film so I decided to do it like this - but future tutorials and all my past ones always show step by step!

I'm half mexican and I have the exact sort of of half wavy half curly hair you do. I'm totally going to try this the next time I leave my hair curly. You're right its like a 50/50 hit or miss to whether it's going to look good or not and it's so frustrating.

This is going to sound crazy (I have wavy/Spanish curly hair) the microfiber towel was my GO TO before I my sister told me to use a Shamwow instead.. It's a little stiff at first but once it starts to soak up the water/dry your hair it produces miracles and dries your hair that much faster! Try it!

@elianalanda7159 7 жыл бұрын
Jenny Platypus I don't know lmao, I just let my hair air dry and my hair just gets wavy/curly naturally and the next day, my hair looks more tamed. And I prefer it that way, it looks more natural, and grungy 😁 and I love using more natural shampoo and conditioner, like the shea moisture line (I think that's what it's called) if I blow dry my hair, it looks worse lmao
@katsitsiaientos1
@katsitsiaientos1 7 жыл бұрын
Eliana Landa I'm the same way. blow drying just makes the course ness into frizz. To further tame my waist length hair when it is still slightly damp I'll put in in a low loose bun for about half an hour and it turns into nice loose waves, for more curls I'll do Princess Leia buns but very tight and get gorgeous curls. No products needed.

I had the same problems a vew years ago (really messy/sometimes greasy hair in the morning after I wake up). Put your hair in a really loose (the tyniest bit of pressure please- so as to "hold" the hair in place) ponytail up your temple (I call it "the pineapple") - take a hairband that is kinda "loose" (a thin one works for me the best). If you wake up just remove the hairband and let your hair fall loose and pick it (with a pick or wide tooth comb) and lay the strands of your hair to your liking. It took me a couple of nights to get it but it works really well - I can go up to 2 nights/ 3 days (my personal max.) with this method before I wash my hair again. I hope this helps you a bit.

I took a shower the other day and I got a perm a couple months ago, and the natural wave helps the curls stay in after I take a shower. My hair also air drys so much better than a diffuser. It just makes it more crunchy after blow drying!

for me, it's as simple as parting your hair in a different way! if you usually part your hair on the right side for example, part it on the left when it's wet and then when it's dry, just move your hair back over with your hand and it'll give you that messy voluminous look she has. you can also use a volumizing spray to set it in place. i like it because it's quick and easy and it's less drastic than cutting your hair bc i know a lot of people are really attached to their length.

Omg i hope this works for me! I have been battling my hair for 25+ years and never know how to fix this F*ing mess of puff lol I own 100 hair products and keep buying more to combat it 😧 great video! Rushing to Lush now haha

lizeto91 Turns out I already had it in my bathroom. I did it the way Melissa recommend but its too heavy for my hair. I'm using Schwarzkopf end repair and putting it straight on my hair before I put my hair in a t-shirt. It makes my hair super soft but doesn't give me the piecey hair look. I guess if I didn't use so much of the Lush product it might be okay. Hope my rant helps you a little lol

I love your hair's natural texture and your natural makeup look with it! I have similar wavy curly mix so this video was so awesome- definitely hate crunchy gel hair products and diffuser has never given me defined curls. Also thank you for rocking your natural locks and removing some of the stigma around curls not being beautiful, I spent so many years fighting mine with straightening irons and I wish I had more beautiful curly haired role models so I am sure this means a lot to your younger fans as well! 💗🙏🏽

I regret chopping my hair off last October. A little girl asked me if I was a witch. Yah. I'm greying a bit and the grey is coarser than my brown/black hair. Now, I have the courage to grow it back. All this drying and styling every day as well as sitting for haircuts every four weeks is getting old. Thanks.

By the way I have the normal tangle teezer in black. Does the one like yours really make a difference for curly hair? And another question, im sorry, how do you get volume at the roots when letting it air dry? Thank you. You are beautiful😚

After watching this, I went and ordered the R&B cream. after a hormone change a couple of years ago, my hair used to be thin and straight , very straight, now it's thick and wavy, so I'm trying to learn basically how to do my hair all over again. lol. but I have to say that I absolutely love love love having thick curly hair vs. thin and flat . I'm super excited to try that product. great video and you're absolutely gorgeous.

Found your videos and absolutely love them. I can realize all the reasons you would be reluctant to do this, but what would be super helpful would be to see how your hair really dries naturally, without any product. I have truly coarse, thick, frizzy, wavy hair, and cannot imagine I can get it anywhere close to what you've been able to accomplish. Evey with tons of practice.

my hair is a similar texture to hers and I’d say it’s definitely medium/coarse and frizzy. I think it’s not clear because she hasn’t brushed it and added Shea butter but when just air dried the frizz and thickness of the hair shafts are more obvious
