As far as I can tell, Craft is 100% offline on Apple devices, just not on Windows for now. Changes sync with other devices when you're back online, but you can keep using offline forever if you want to.

@TheBalkanSpy oh I see that's probably why I don't see the local back up option ... I'm on windows... it all makes sense now ... I appreciate your help ... hopefully they will get local based for windows soon 😊

@chiofkiofficial I think offline for Windows in high on their list, probably in the next 2-3 months the will release it with how fast they are progressing Craft. And btw, there won't be an option for offline, it will just simply work offline kinda like it does on Apple devices :D

@chiofkiofficial It will be local, everything will always download, but there currently isn't an option to chose if you want exclusivelly offline or online workflow. It's just always on device for all docs.

So process is this? Read -> notes -> review later? Do you sort by category/tag at specific times to speed up / force push some topics?

Yes pretty much! I don’t sort them by category, however I block out time in my calendar to do it. I try not to prioritise one topic over another and the best would be if I could connect different topics together. But the main point is that I want to systemise my review process.
