The beauty of it is... I would recommend doing it whichever way gives you the most personal joy! If you want to hack web2 then transition or move, great! If you want to go into web3, that is just as fantastic :)

Nothing! Some development experience MAY help, but a lot of those sources I mentioned would get you the info you need whether you had any dev experience or not!
