Yo thanks so much for the tutorial. I also figured out how to make it so the faces change when you put a script that plays the animation on a npc and actually run the game. So basically u make 2 transparent part with a face on it (the faces should be diffrent) and use rig edit to attach them to humanoidrootpart of your char and then you can make an animation where you quickly move the old face and put the new face in

When adding the face decal select the transparency option, add the key frames then press 7 to edit the transparency

@@MrTazx because a decal needs to be on a surface to show, getting rid of the decal basically deletes the model and so the face won't show
