Hi Agnes I really now understand that other are a reflection of me and my own actions. My sp had unblocked me on socail media, i made my profile private just to see if he would follow me. I had a needy moment of me wanting some action from him cus he arent textning me atleast he could follow me (hahaa..) in 15 min he had blocked me!!!! I now really realize that this action and ALL other actions from him is JUST a reflection of me and what i do!!!!! Now in gonna turn all this shiet around once all!! Another great story, Agnes could you speak on the topic of split energy in regards to an ex, for example the fine line between love and hate, wanting a new renewed relationship with your ex but still grappling with the anger from his betrayal and subsequent actions, and the hurt that’s still there. Possibly address ideas on how to break free from just treading water as you try to manifest your specific person. PS loved your 2 part with Seth, it was really inspiring. Would love to see him again. It was great to hear your success story especially this morning.... in November 2017 my boyfriend of 4yrs broke up with me, I found Agnes and started meditating and doing self love “I am” affirmations daily. I was feeling happier by the day. After a month I manifested him back into my life, it was so nice to see him again. For the next month we communicated 3-4 times a week, and sometimes he’d stop by my home to say hello but there was no intimacy, he hugged and kissed me in greeting but nothing more. I realized I had manifested him back as a “friend” not a romantic partner! OMG! At the beginning I was just so happy to have him back in my life that I didn’t care if the intimacy was missing.....plus I knew that he would see the changes in me and want me back romantically. This went on for a month until yesterday I had to get an answer, I asked him I we were ever going to get back together (maybe I picked the fruit before it was ripe?!?). I did NOT get the answer I hoped for! That’s when he told me he loves me but is not IN love with me. As I sit here typing this I am sobbing! Is there any hope for me?? What did you visualize and affirm? Did you feel like you are lovable and a romantic partner? I can understand that you are sad. I attracted my person for a night and then he was just friendly again! So don‘t give up. Overcome it that he needs to love you - but believe he can. Ignore that he said he is not in love, because he loves you and things can change! But I am interested in answers, because I attracted something similar with my sp!

Thanks for your encouragement Michelle. I did visualize him telling me that he loves and misses me. I also did the whispering technique, I also imagined him holding me as I fell asleep every night. I have been doing the self love techniques also, tho not as much as I should. I meditated I listened to Abraham Hicks constantly learning how to manifest things..... I guess I did manifest him back but not how I wanted. When he did come back into my life (after approx 2mos) he came back to help me thru foot surgery recovery. He helped with errands, and walked my dog. Once I was able to take care of things on my own he still came over 3-4 times a week looking for something to fix or snow to shovel....Still just being a helper. It went on this way for a full month. So I had to ask him about our future and after a little talking he told me that he loves me but is not in love with me.

Okay, to me it sounds like you are a very special person to him. No man would do all this stuff for you if you wouldn’t mean something to him. So be happy about this thought rather than now focusing on what he said. Did you maybe had this fear, that he would only be a friend and helper but not more? It sounds a little like it because you said you had to ask him what he thinks and stuff. Maybe that was you pushed out. Just continue and try not to be to bothered by it! Just be thankful for him. I try the same, I attracted mine back for only one night and now we are back to no contact but look at all the success storys! Just know you are connected with him and he will realize it when he is ready

Agnes thank you for the wonderful story. It really encourages us. I want to attract back someone who I dated for a while. I focus on self love and a new relationship with him. I visualise everyday the final outcome I desire (me and him a couple) and I'm very positive about it. On Saturday, my sister came back from work and handed me a rose - she has seen a bunch of roses in the trash at her work so she decided to take them home. I was amazed!! Brilliant 💃💃 Like you said you are working on maintaining this relationship with him now that you've manifested him back , it's happened in my case too twice b4 but I haven't been able to sustain it , he leaves saying I know even though you haven't said it this time that you need a commitment but am not going to do it bcoz of xyz reasons ( diff religion , stuff) but I think if you truly love somebody..you are ready to go the extra mile or make things work for both of you together...like I am ready to be with his family , adjust in their different society than mine knowing we'll face problems initially , but I know if you want something with all Yr heart and love , life will support you and it's all going to happen...♥️♥️ So I want to know how do I change this pattern, I was doing self love then....knowing not to be needy etc so I did not push or even mention commitment....yet he told me this ...coz yes I do wanted it but I wasn't being desperate ..instead enjoying myself , my me time first then him..used to ignore his calls whenever he did in my me time... everything was great yet he said this ? Hi. I have questions after this. So here's my story. I've started meditating about self-love and manifesting my lover (I don't call her ex) back for the last 6 days I guess. I'm doing other things too like reading, talking to friends and exercising Then, I've noticed a lot of repetitive numbers like 11:11, 222, 333, 444, 777 as well number 23 which is her birthday and also her name! Yesterday, I cried before I went outside to work, I told God/universe, "I don't want to think about this anymore, I'm letting this go. I just want to live my life." Something happened. While I was on my way, that song which we dedicated for each other suddenly played on my phone! I did not even chose that song, I chose a different one. I was just looking around smiling and feeling happy. Then, I saw her yesterday. I don't know if she saw me, but I really saw her. I haven't seen for exactly a month. What does this mean? Hey agnes thanks for all the great videos. I have a question. How do I radiate love towards my sp when they have been acting very rude towards me? I want her back because I still love her, but it's hard to meditate on it since she's been acting rude whenever I try to contact her and I feel like I shouldn't send love to someone who doesn't appreciate me. I'm starting to love myself alot more every single minute of the day and therefore I feel annoyed because of the way she treats me. I try to forgive her and radiate out love in my mind and all that stuff, but I keep remembering her rudeness and then a voice inside me tells me she should first show me some love before I will show her love again. And ofcourse that stands in the way of making her love me again... I need some advice ... so my specific ex married just after a year of our breakup an other girl. I know that it isn’t going that well with her and his mother also wanted me as a daughter in law. I want him back but I don’t want to ruin or hurt someone... back then I didn’t love myself enough and used to be bad to myself, depressive and ended up hurting him. After 3 month of hesitation to write him, I apologized for everything I did and explained why. But he wasn’t ready to forgive me or to give me a second chance, that broke me. One month later we met on a wedding but we didn’t talk. But I saw that he was looking and was still interested. I was hoping that he would try to talk to me or something. I didn’t wanted to make the first move because I was afraid of being rejected again. Month of waiting, hoping, trying to forget him, crying and being depressed I heard he would consider to marry at the end of the year. That hurt me so much, especially because his now wife was on that wedding too and they were in contact since then. My world broke and I wanted to give up, but something always gave me hope. I don’t know why. I know that we were the perfect match and I ruined everything. I’m ready to drop my last hope and move on but there is something telling me to stick and hope that he will come back. I used to pray that he may forgive me and I think he did, because he is nice to me. The thoughts that’s I’ve lost him and how I should’ve fight for him, are hunting me every day. I don’t know what to think or do. Cause it’s actually done since he’s married. But what if there’s still a chance that their marriage doesn’t work out and they divorce ? Sina J stop repeating the old story, write a new story and fall in love with that story. Watch everyone is you pushed out. Love yourself, take yourself out, enjoy life. If you were in the relationship you'd be focusing on yourself. Use the rubbing out technique once you have got self love. I have been affirming for days. I am very very loved, I am secure, I am wanted, I am beautiful. I am the best. I am awesome. I am confident. I am happily married and an amazing mother. I am whole and complete. I am content. I am wonderful. I am wealthy. I am healthy. I am loved etc all day everyday. It boosts your mood, thats when the magic happens. It is about you, not your person. Once you explode it in yourself they will be there trust me!

charlotte bradshaw my love let me tell you something, the way you're saying, it sounds needy to me. Practice more self love, then radiate your love to your person, feel a connection from your heart to their heart. You should always be happy, with or without them. Then you could try whispering technique to make him call or text you more. Also you could affirm yourself, "we have great communication. I love how we communicate, I love how we laugh. My relationship is getting better each and everyday. We enjoy each other. This's the best relationship I have ever had." And so on. But remember you cannot do these while you're in the state of neediness. Please overcome it otherwise you might end of getting a different result. Best of luck. Frankly I think this women in the letter is obsessed. On infant time (there is a book on it) Serious issues, you can hear it in her words. Sounds really unbalanced. This girl is very selfish and all about herself as in....me me me me me, she is GAME Player to the MAX and I don't call that a success. OMG this women is NUTS in the letter. Listen to her words. Really unhealthy in her approach by using these tools in manifesting - in really unhealthy energy and approach. Sorry, but I hear a big huge ego with this gal in the letter.
