Hello beautiful people! In this video I am going to share 5 things that helped me BEAT my depression. I say the word BEAT purposely because having depression is a daily fight. You fight to get out of bed, to bathe, to go to work, to cook, to eat, to do things that you love and it can be daunting. I've had depression for over 10 years and most of those years I had no idea I had depression. I know it's hard, I know your heart hurts, and I know you might not even want to live but if you try doing these things consistantly, you will see progress! Although my channel is faith based, these tips are helpful for anyone of ANY faith. I am not a doctor, I suggest that you do see a doctor, whether it's for therapy or medication, but I've seen doctors in the past and what helped me the most are the steps I TOOK. Here's some homework for you: try to do one thing on this list for a week!
