With little baggy it drops a tele-pills instead, BUT if you have false PHD and Little Baggy that becomes a "I found pills", making Beast impossible to garuntee

Honestly it's just a lot of practice! Tainted Lost is a very strong character because of their 'better items' passive, but they are extremely frail. Knowing I wouldn't be able to get any holy cards I made sure to play extra slowly. Looking at the room layout before taking action, always trying to fly above rocks so non-flying enemies can't hit me, using bombs a lot more often on tricky rooms and bosses. Stuff like that!
