Nobody is a Chad programmer only guys who happen to be named Chad. But I always say, there’s already somebody better than me in something. Functional programming I will always be a Timmy because my brain is imperatively wired. But in certain languages and areas (also very determinative for your status) I’m a Brad (I never say in a Chad) like C and systems software. I actually learned this as a guitar player. When I though I was a “Chad” at silly simple music like rock and blues, suddenly I was drawn in by hard rock, that was aptly named “harder” then I felt a Chad in hardrock. And then neoclassical metal came and I was a Timmy again. There’s always an area no matter how good you know your instrument (programming language) you are a noob at.

Een agent moest zo lachen toen hij mij aanhield omdat ik te hard reed. Dus ik pak dat kaartje ja maar meneer de agent ik mag dat heh, ik heb witte privileges! Kijk het is ook officieel bevestigd. En ik had hem die pas. Die man moest zo lachen, niet veel agenten in NL hebben humor. Dus hij liet het bij een waarschuwing. Dus ik zei: “zie je nu wel dat WP pas werkt.” 😝
