Thank you for sharing your story. I'm right now also 6 months in to a apprenticeship. The people and the vibe is great but learning tattooing and also being responsible for the the "other" stuff in the studio is really hard. I also have the feeling that the studio I'm in right now is just a temporary station in my journey. And what also bothers me is that it's so fucking hard to get the technique right (straight lines, solid packed black and more). But as you said in your video, don't give up. Dein Video hat mir wieder Mut gegeben und mich im richtigen Moment erreicht

Hey, I’m a Burmese who’s now in Siberia. I have language issue. But I attended 2 days tattoo training with a master who can speak English. And I really love the experience. So, I ordered tattoo machine , ink and artificial skin. Trying to learn something useful on KZbin and I found your clip. Nice to know how hard you tried to be who you want to be. Btw , I also worked in the Georgian kitchen too. 😂 Wish you happiness and success! 🍀 I focus on Dark letters and gothic styles.

I know you don’t need an art degree to be a tattoo artist but I’m stuck between studying art then doing my apprenticeship or just trying to do an apprenticeship. I’m a fairly good drawer but I lean more into painting and would say I have a lot of improving to do before I even decide to go for an apprenticeship. Any advice ?

@@kthegstr6196 You can always continue to study art while looking for an apprenticeship! Personally I thought I was decent at drawing but when I started my apprenticeship I realized I didn’t even know the drawing basics lol. Keep your eggs in different baskets always!

@@pmls.new_me that’s cool! I definitely recommend a long term apprenticeship, those short trainings are not always good (a lot of them charge way too much money). But so nice to hear you are getting into it! Wish you success also😊✨
