honestly it feels like this whole system is so absurdly complex that it would make a far more interesting SMP economy than any other mod, with different parts of these processes being divided among different players who specialize in different aspects collaborating or selling their services. Its more realistic as well, considering I don't think any single individual irl has ever managed an entire technological revolution on their own. I could finally live out my dreams of being an unethical steel magnate.
