What affirmations should i say so i can get my desired height of 5,10

I think you could do this by asking what being 5’10 would give you that you don’t have now .. (maybe confidence, recognition, .. I’m guessing, .. you choose). Then say to yourself ‘confidence and recognition choose me’. Imagine yourself feeling these things and stay in that zone as much as possible by repeating over and over. This would be my suggestion.
