I think you should make the point that there's no reason to uncap your FPS over your monitor's refresh rate, because it can/will cause more screen tearing and the PC has to work harder for no visual difference. Only on the lower frames is when it's beneficial to raise the frame cap over the refresh rate because it solves a significant input delay problem. If you're on 120fps or above, cap it to your monitor's refresh rate. You don't actually get more fps on the cap, but you do have less brutal frame drops

You can't custom cap your frames on Xbox one, whatever frames you get is what you get, as every setting is pre-set with a standard frame cap
