Hannah Ingram purchased the car wash for a total price of $1.2 million. The capital structure she used to finance this purchase was as follows: 1. Seller Financing: 16% of the purchase price. - Amount: $192,000 2. SBA Loan: 84% of the purchase price. - Amount: $1,008,000 This structure allowed her to buy the car wash with no upfront (which is impossible with this structure" cash by securing the majority of the financing through an SBA loan and negotiating the seller to finance the remaining portion. This is the research I found so your saying your using the subject to or seller's financing method but this says you only got 16% seller financing and SBA loan for $1,008,000 Is this facts? Hannah?

This is probably in the top 3 most untrue things I’ve ever heard about myself 😂😂 how did I get an SBA loan with no credit history and $2,000 to my name? I’ve made it clear numerous times on numerous platforms that I bought the carwash for $140,000 so you’re about $1,060,000 off. Whoever told you this is a liar.

I understand creative financing (usually owner financing without a bank) If you pay John $500 a month (theoretically) and he pays $500 on the bank loan. What’s in it for John? I do appreciate your entrepreneurial spirit although your example didn’t make a lot of sense.

You don't pay John the $500. You pay the bank for John so John doesn't take your money and run. Then you also pay something to John, in addition to paying the bank.

You can’t pay the bank, John is still the main account holder. So you will have to do refinancing under your name

Awesome video I'd love to get some passive income to turn a dream I keep having into a reality. I want to be a volunteer angel pilot. Hypothetically if you needed to go somewhere out of state for medical treatment but couldn't afford transportation, you would call up angel pilots and they would setup a flight with me. I'd fly you there and back free of charge. A new airplane plus IFR certification would be around $255k.

I’ll gladly give you investors contacts that will confirm her story. I’m pretty sure i know who she’s dealt with. It would be almost impossible for a "stranger’ to get a deal like this. She knows "John" and I’m guessing has known "John" for some time. If you ever need help with something, I’ve done chemical, marketing, and servicing with CWSSE. I’m super happy for you! I wish I had that insider info when I first started. But I’m now trying to find investors to build an express, and I run it. As I can make it fully self sufficient.
