Loved your insights! Cold mailing has so much potential when approached strategically. Since I have switched to Do You Mail, I have seen a massive shift in my email deliverability. The scalability is also a huge plus for growing businesses. If you are serious about cold emailing, definitely give this a shot!

A marketplace is not a SaaS! Total different business model. Why are you calling it a SaaS all the time?

Sadly my project (2 years) seems to have failed. I have brought hundrerds of people to my site thro ads and no one signed up. I've tried to make changes but i dont think it'll do. Next time before writing a singe line of code, i will invest in ads to tesy-proof ANY IDEA.

For those who're asking what it is: its a tool that helps book writers plan and manage their writing process. My reasons for believing in it: 1. There are enough writers to approach 2. There are existing tools which show market-proof 3. Its easy to find these customers, its easier than some b2b. 4. I'm an author myself, and the most fit to make this product. But sadly all those points and even others werent enough it seems...
