My question is how can I deploy these agents for them - do I need to ask them to create an account on N8N and then start building these agents for them or is there anyway to deploy for them?

I'd say build it on your own. Than export as json. Eventually ask them to give you permission to create a cloud n8n of them, setup it by importing your json and than get payed

There are a few ways. You can create it on your instance and manage it while you integrate it into the clients system, or you could also have them create an account and have them give you access to it.
