Interesting video! We owned a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. We just recently traded it in for a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. The 2014 is over a foot longer than the 2008. Getting used to the 2014, I jokingly said,"we are driving our stretch limo". It was fun to see this video. Fun to see the creativity and innovation. Thanks.

Hi nice vid. I gutted mine, took the back seats out, cut out the rug, and put a 3/4 plywood platform. Lots of head space that way!

How reliable do you find the car, how many miles you at? Thinking of buying one for camping and an occasional daily driver as it seems spacious enough and is a cheaper 4x4 that's not too old.

It's been a good car. We're at 130,000 miles now and I think it will continue on for a lot more miles.

Great question! I've found that the SUV camper is a great secondary option to my camp trailer. It allows me to take last-minute trips to places when it's just me or me and one of my kids. It also gives me the flexibility to park and sleep in places where I might not be able to with my camp trailer. Thanks for asking! Happy travels!
