I've had my baby pv for about 4months it hasn't grown not one inch but has sprouted a new leaf. I have it on well drained soil with orchid bark. Roots look great and temp is good. Not sure what to do

Interesting that you were able to recover the variegation on your Paraiso. What other variegated plants reverted on you? Mine include P. Frydek, P. Princess, alocasia Zebrina.

Oh boy!! I have had White Knight Philodendron ,pink Princess but cutting them back works great!
