I remember a few years ago my grandfather and I would go out on his boat every year on my bday and fish for fluke, porgy and blue fish. One year nothing was biting besides the blue. We took home like 10 blues that day and half of them were at least this size, maybe a bit smaller.

My PB Bluefish (and biggest ray-finned fish of my life) was caught on a live Bunker. 36" (93cm) and over 15lbs (7.3kg). It's the 2nd trophy Bluefish I've caught.

I miss fishing New York .I don’t think I care to fish anymore however it was more of a me and grandpa thing every summer with his friends. They are to old now 😢 but bluefish will always my favorite to catch and then strippers. I never will forget the yrs of alligator blues not like today where they’re lean these suckers where thiccc and long . 15-20lb . Never measure my biggest blue but my biggest bc those mofos were just big for no reason but my biggest stripe was 61 inches
