Yes definitely worth looking after your pole it's an expensive piece of kit I dry all my sections and clean them especially when it's been raining and stand them up individually to dry out and your top kits that you have used otherwise the elastic will rot out quick. It may take a bit of time but it is worth it in the long run.

Enjoyed the vid Ben I always washed my gear in warm Soapy water works fine Ain’t alcohol Wipes BAD for the Carbon like using baby wipes on a leather sofa after time it take away the finish of the pole and degrade it plus alcohol ain’t a cleaning product

An MTX 1 matrix pole or 101 3g map pole Joe
@cpeacock28024 жыл бұрын
@@Angling4U I can vouch for the MTX1 as I personally use one its a fantastic pole for the money, very strong, well balanced and comes with a good spares package. It comes with tubes, cupping kit and cups, proper pole holdall can't go wrong.

What I have found, is if you leave it to dry you will.still have dirt on it, i know this by once when i dried it off after using baby wipes, I used kitchen roll after the wet wipe and more dirt was on the kitchen roll than wetwipe
