Mam I am an OBC NCL holder during Ntpc form fill up at place of issuing authority i select district magistrate as a person who issued my OBC NCL but during recheck i realised there is an assistant commissioner stamp at the place of issuing authority means I mistakenly select district magistrate as a person who issued my NCL but in reality it's done by assistant commissioner is it become a reason of cancellation please help
