After watching & living vicariously through TRMZ for a few years now, not long ago I decided to finally bite the bullet (so to speak) and start playing DayZ. The game initially seemed too complex for me to play but, I'm having an absolute blast of a time surviving in my DayZ alternate reality. At 53yrs old my eyesight let's me down on occasion and gets me killed unfortunately... but, I've had plenty of glorious runs, built bases and managed to keep myself alive for several months at a time. I'm very happy with my KD ratio, I'm sending many poor souls to the coast. Best game ever, it's so challenging and tactical. No life is ever the same! You're an inspiration... I havent been there for 25 years, but 25 years later in 2015 (cant believe its already 9 years ago), i was there, at the same spot and my dad took the same picture of me at the exact same spot.
