You have a fantastic voice, you should be a professional speaker, you would be great as a narrator for documentaries and many tv programmes, I’d say go for it and good luck for the future😍

Thank you for this. I have never been to prison, but I do struggle with mental illness, which is a prison for the mind at times. What you touched on at the end about handling tasks was very interesting. As we tend to be restricted by the way we see things and don't or can't see the steps towards a solution. I've also taken up running recently, but I have to watch myself at my age! All the best. Subscribed.

Absolutely agree on the patience mate. I can make things happen over a year when others need it done last week. Like the gym and training. Shit takes time and patience. Just keep plugging away a day at a time. Aswell as friends. Your bang on with it all. Cut em off. It's just easier. Jail's to be cracked on with not worrying about the out. Great podcasts mate 💪 proper enjoying them.

What I don't understand is why men turn against each other in prison instead of helping each other. Lots of violence when you should be supporting each other.

another listener commented a similar thing recently. women are much more likely to form bonds while men rip eachother apart. it's our ape mentally again I believe

@@WilliamBonneyPodcast Invest in an ASMR mic. Most of the other ASMR channels are just boring nonsense it's so good to hear cool stories done in ASMR (even if it is unintentional) for a change. Also, some of those ASMR channels have literally millions of subscribers. Looking forward to seeing (hearing) what you come up with, you've definitely got the voice for it my friend.

@@WilliamBonneyPodcastunfortunately I know that place as I'm from Bristol. I got two years prison sentence and I was taken to Exeter prison on remand . I'm very ashamed that I ever did crime and went to prison. I prefer 16 hour days at work then to be locked up in a cell .
