Mam many people is suffering from depression I also have so many of expectations of my family and write now I am dealing with it. If am such girl that even if i see someone crying I started crying myself . If I can't help someone for some reason I felt very bad about too. And I keep thinking about it even at night . I don't know how to forget everything. Because of this I lose my confidence and I am afraid to do anything. Mam whenever I see you in College I think that you are also going through a lot of things like me. I see a lot of tension in your eyes. Looking at you I feel that if I had an elder sister she would be like you. Mam I have also same problem whenever I have think about something or have any tension .I start shivering and have strange nerves. I start thinking too much . At this age I have mental health problem But I can not tell my parents Because they will be worried. Lots of love mam

Agr aapko pdhai krni hai n...toh dekho relatives sb same haii solution hme khUd dhundana hoga....filhal hme yeh lgta hai aapn morning 3 am to 6 or 7 am tk padhai kr lo yeh best hoga...aur raat me 10-11 pm soo jao...shuru ke 15 days thodi aadat lgne me time lagega....but yeh time hee sahi hoga...yaha sb soye rehte..aur morng me padhai ke aalawa aur na kuch socho.....duniya jo bole bolne do...ek baad yaad rakhna hmara mind sirf aur sirf hmare control me hai....aur njo log tumhe baaton kuch bol rhe ho aur jaha tum nhi reply kr paate ho...waisi case me aapn aapne mn(dil) me ushi time bol do nahi muh pe.. isse frustation nikal jayegiiii....aur baaki bhgwaan ji khud dekhlene...yeh socho..
