Sure, See there's nothing fixed, but in the current scenario, in our zone, it usually takes around 5-6 years to become a Superintendent. However, this largely depends on retirements as well. In some zones, promotions are faster, while in others, there's a long queue of people lined up for promotion, which happens on a seniority basis. I hope that clears your doubts!
