It is really uncertain. You can get LOI in 7 days or 10 days or sometimes even after 15 days. So i would request you to be patient and please don't overthink.

Yes it sometimes happen that they only Hr questions in TR round , the same thing happened with me as well. And regarding technical questions being asked in HR round , yes there's a possibility, so be prepared for that but they will not ask too many technical questions (just few basic questions)
