Trackers are favorite cause they create a deep, unspeakable fear. “I swear I’m being followed” “you’re being paranoid” real danger is real. But emotional, psychological danger feels inescapable. Always being watched no matter how far you go. Also makes you not want to get close to people in case they get caught up by association.

If I interpeted the idea right of the supervillain army, I love the idea of utilizing robots for the operation considering they're more expendable and more reliable. Humans are people who constantly shift in terms of philosophy and idea but a Robot can be managed to solely have one idea and it is to follow orders down to the blueprint.

Man I like villain hierarchy or enemy hierarchy like in power rangers spd there henchman had 3 ranks the silver mask were lower on the rank blue masks can fight the rangers one on one and if there 2 of them jumping one ranger the ranger will get overwhelmed and the orange mask are are the strongest basically outclassing the rangers you'll need power ups or extra strong rangers like cruger to take 1 or two of them down like these kinds of villains are really cool In my opinion like monsters are the strongest enemy type but just knowing one of the grunts is strong as or stronger then the hero it's adds to the tension

IMO the commando should be used for field operations. otherwise why the armor? Possible cool power could be invisibility, and they "hunt" in teams of three or four for high value targets. Ambushes and surprise attacks as strategies. 1 commando should be able to take down 3 hunters I would say in terms of cqc skill.
