You have described all the symptoms of my shoulders. It gives me hope with my calisthenics goals. I popped my shoulder around 2 yrs back and just hanging on the bar hurts a great deal. I started with resistance bands doing regularly rehabilitation it got me back in terms of mobility and ablility to lift and train again. Doing weighted pulls etc. I still cant push hard on the horizontal. Bench press is still the most sensitive with the traps flarring up. Doing mainly with lighter weights and keeping the scupular in control throughout.

Once when I tryed ab roler exerciee without warming up. After few repetitions my shoulder cracked wery loud. I was frozen for a moment but later didn't pay attention and did session of muscle ups and tuck planches. Tomorrow I woke up with really strong pain in my shoulder and was limited moving. It was yesterday and it still hurts.

Yeah, the ab roller puts stress on your shoulders that's similar to the stress from hanging leg raises. I've also had trouble with the ab roller wheel since my shoulder got bad. I would try resting it for awhile, and then maybe try some rehab exercises - maybe face pulls. But anyway, be very careful until it feels normal again.
