Why do you cool it down? If anything itll hold its shape better warm when you have the roller in!!

It sets it. You're supposed to blow-dry with heat and then set it with cold.

What Blow Dryer are you using?

It’s by the brand Remington. I’m not sure what model though, I tried to google it and I think it might be AC9140 PRO-Luxe Dryer, but I’m not sure. I got it about three years ago so I don’t remember.
