I don't know if anybody said this already but what I've found when bleaching is that if you let oxygen get to the bleach, the hair turns more orange. So if you wrap your bundles in foil, they won't be as orange and will lift more. Although the frontal had it on their longer, it was also in use with the foil. The foil creates heat, just like when you bleach your own hair, the parts closer to your scalp always process faster and higher because of your body heat. Try wrapping your bundles next time and checking on them. And for toning, the toner should be a gel consistency. The formula is 2 to 1 bleach to toner and you wanna use a lower volume of bleach with your toner always. You gotta measure that one. Also, it won't work unless the hair is up to a certain level. So if the hair is still kinda dark like auburn in color, it's a waste of time. Skip that step and bleach again instead. This has been my experience. But that tub trick was everything!!!!!!💚

Lol I’m literally watching the bleach swell! 😂 I know mixing a whole container of bleach may save time I would remix. Bleach has a time span in which it is most effective. Remixing every 20 minutes will yield consistency. But you did that sis!

I didn't see you use any foil on the bundles if you didnt that's why the bundles didnt lift as high. the foil allows it to lift faster and higher and also a combination of heat but you have to make sure it's even heat for an even lift , the color came out beautifully I like it the way it is! Just thought I would let you know about the foil and heat 🤗
