Have content that is different from other people don’t just be a sheep and follow the crowd. Having interesting ideas and interact with subs/fans in the comments and lastly id say thumbnails need to be interesting and also do vids such as “how I record my vids” “life of a 16yr old KZbinr” that will help ur audience engage with u and feel like part of ur journey u have gone on
