I just picked something that I like to photograph and has a common element. my "theme" is nature. I do post selfie's and pictures of myself and my friends, I just generally delete them after a period of time to keep with the theme.

+Spirited Gal you could also apply one theme on 3 photos in a row then change it for the next three. you could also take one photo and crop it into 3 squares and post them in a row. i think that looks really cool
