Yes the sitting room has really come together, I had a 0 budget and sold what I already had. Even my dinning room table I found by the side of the road! :)

I feel for you, I know what you mean about trying to get around on crutches, back in 2012 I smashed my foot up real bad, I fell off a ladder two floors up, even though I landed on my feet I smashed my right calcaneous up (heel bone) it was in three bits, it was pure agony for 24h I was in hospital for a week, eventually discharged in a plaster cast for another six weeks, then had to wear this big inflatable boot for another six weeks, I was in a wheelchair when I first left hospital coz I couldn't put any weight on it at all, but I slowly progressed to crutches, be careful, the rubber feet don't last long before the metal pokes through, in this condition you could easily break another leg as they loose grip and you go flying, this happened to me more than once, but I'm like you, grateful I survived at all, and also mindful of how much worse it could of been, I know you know all this already but il say it regardless, I highly recommend a proper workshop jack, not a crappy Halfords one, always apply the handbrake if it works and always chock all the wheels back and front, and always select a good firm jacking point somewhere on the subframe... good luck with your new project, and hope you get well soon... Godspeed !

Thats so scary and yes the what ifs are really worrying! I have a really good Jack, I really don't know what happened. I think I blacked out at one point as I don't remember how I got the caravan off my leg! Thank you, I am very lucky and on the mend now :)

Wow, what a video .....sending you healing vibes....Another thing please make sure you're wearing safety boots yes even as a female no I mean this you can get female ones and no they're not vintage sorry. I'm saying this because its smart thing to do and believe or not I care(and I'm just a subscriber but also a Christian) especially when it could either be avoided may be, accidents do happen. So we reduce injury as much as we can. Funny I love GPlan they were made locally near my home in Lancashire I used to see their custom built furniture lorry on the road near our house as a kid and where I still live now. It was a really hip specially built 70s custom number(It would have made a brilliant motorhome conversion)r. I also like Nathan (local also) and Strongbow(furniture not the drink) .I don't think crutches are meant for mud and ice there bad enough on smooth surfaces.! Praying for you, get well soon.

Thank you, am on the mend now :) Safety boots, wouldn't have helped me :( as it hit my leg/ankle. Yes I love the G-Plan, its quite expensive at the moment so I don't have very much of it!
