Mtoto wa sonko I've listened most of convicts in every episodes narrates kuhusu food shortage..It pains me when i recall my time as convict in Mwea (Gathigiriri) food was plenty.. imagine Tuesday n Thursday was pishori n beans since they farm rice in large scale..The rest days is ugali beans mpaka goes on waste..am sure management of some prisons is pathetic
