Amazing stuff!! As an aspiring starter therapist, it really gives a new prospective.. I do also think we have to do shadow work, address the traumas and the negative things that happened, as much as we need, with an awareness of not staying there all the time, just give people the space they need to process and express the negative, with a positive support and help people get out by understanding the pain, not neglecting it. This is my opinion based on my own ealing journey, experiences and helping patients. Anyways I love it! Thank you guys!! Cheers!
