How do you keep him in focus? Auto focus or just a close aperture?

Mostly autofocus shots on the gimbal. But for handheld shot I used manual focus in conjunction with autofocus too.

My aperture on this video was always in f1.8-f4 range

This was put together very well. Great footage, editing, and sound effects! What was you shutter speed/angle and did you shoot this in 24 fps?

Thank you so much Kendrick! I had the standard cinematic frame rate of 24 fps with 180 degree shutter angle (1/50). The slomo scenes was shot in 180fps 🙌🏽😊

The "Jib" shot was disappointing at first - I DO NOT SEE QUEEN JIB ANYWHERE 😥😢😭 - but in the final edit that shot really looked fantastic👍 The tracking shot felt like a rollercoaster 😂
