Glad this video popped up in my feed; looking forward to seeing what else you put out in the future. Also going to dig through your music channels (from a fellow musician).

This is really great! I've been on a journey going from 190 pounds to 12% body fat. Im about 3.5 months into my 5 month journey and have dipped to about 19% body fat. We're the same height, but it seems I'm carrying about 10 or so pounds more muscle than you. I was a little worried that once i got to 12% that I would look scrawny and skinny without muscle. However, seeing how great you look gives me hope that I'll look as great as you. Thanks for the video. You are absolutely correct. This is extremely hard, but im so close! Thanks!

Well made video, your sound is good and video is clear. Your information is on point. One small point for this video is the light reflecting? In the right side of the screen. It was a little distracting. Going to keep an eye on your channel and see what happens. Keep up the good work.
