Really great information for those who need real daily costs, like me. Could you clarify for me about the costs when you rent for the first time a condo or HDB, I´ll probably moving in a month and need to calculate a budget for the first month, I´ll receive accommodation for the first 10 days but after that, I´ll be by my myself, I see that you need to pay 3 months in advance for moving. usually it's 1-month security deposit plus first month's rent but you can consider hotel during the transition period which allows for more flexibility!
