Thank you for your video clip. Although mine is a Gen2 but taking out the set is the same. After removing the inner cover, I noticed that a small part of the plastic that was part of the 6 screw assembly stuck on the flywheel and is blocking the smooth flow of rotation. Removing this solved my pump problem. Thank you again.

dear, there is a diaphragm sensor which is stuck, you should fix it according to its condition.

Mine is not able to read air pressure... when I plug it into bike or bicycle to check pressure it shows 000..air is coming out but the air pressure is not showing..what might be the problem??

Your sensor is stuck by moisture, dry it then it will okay. If not, you should replace it.
