Hey brother! Sorry to hear that your USB hub failed. Next time reach out to the team and we will get you all squared away quickly! I did notice in your video that you do actually have things wired differently then in the manual for an ALU 1.1 (DC cable splitter on outside of cabinet as opposed to the interior). Please look in to rerouting if still using that method.. All in all I'm psyched to see you are back up and running again. Keep up the great work Dubs!

I never used AtGames USB hub provided with the BitLcd. I bought a power USB hub a few years ago to connect all my other mods. Thanks for the video.

Glad you are back on the road with the BitLCD. My problem with BitLCD turned out to be the USB Drive. For some reason the Samsung Fit Plus USB Drives do not play nice with the BitLCD. I have had to send back two of these drives(64GB) and I switched to SanDisk for my BitLCD's of which I have three. The Samsungs were not letting me update the firmware when the BitLCD acts up and needs to restart to display videos, I will be watching the USB drives closely though, thanks.

I've always used SanDisk with AtGames stuff, never had an issue, for some reason it's a marriage made in heaven

which SanDisk did you end up using for your BitLCD? I have the Sandisk that is like fingernail size but i'm having issues with lagging and gfx glitching

Nicely done Dubs! I did the same thing when I first installed it as the Atgames hub looked/felt like a happy meal/Cracker Jack toy lol. Stock would’ve worked just fine but having the extra ports is a nice bonus.

Great video.. I knew it was the USB hub (mentioned it in a previous stream of yours). So glad that worked. Viewers can also use an unpowered hub which works 100%, such as this one from Amazon: SABRENT 4 Port USB 2.0 Data Hub with Individual LED lit Power Switches [Charging NOT Supported] for Mac & PC (HB-UMLS) - The one that comes with it has failed COUNTLESS people! I can't believe you got more than a couple months on the original (but then again I'm still on my first PCB for TEMPEST! lol!) Enjoy!

Yea I routed my DC splitter on the inside of the cab. Worried that the DC splitter would get damaged on the outside. Removed power connection off the back cover and installed to the inside of cab on the left side panel with a couple of spacers and screws and connect the DC splitter to that.

Can you plug in you other usb sticks/hard drives to the hub for your byog/coinopsX content? It may be better long term if so since this one is powered instead of plugging into the port in front of the control panel.

Thanks for the video. I just installed my bitlcd as per the directions and when I try to load bitlcdx on appstorex it reads flashdrivex has not mounted. I am using a brand new 32GB PNY 3.2 usb and made sure it was formatted fat32 and I even tried another formatted usb. Does anybody have any idea what I may be doing wrong?

San Disk Cruzer Glide 3.0 USBs work for me for years on atgames never had an issue. Never used PNY brand.

DPubs, unrelated question please. Have you been continuing to update your AtGames Legend 1.1 or did you stop updating? If you stopped updating I'd there any set spot to stop? I noticed updates were slowing things down in my CoinOps X.

Im happy with the original borderless bit marque...can't stand the bit lcd border. Just atgames poor quality control. Come on PDubs, you should expect this from atgames. I got my ALP main board replaced 3 times already.

I don't mind the border on the LCD when it's on I don't even notice it. And yes sucks when boards go out
