Very satisfying to watch you take the old worn out item and bring it back to life. 👍

Did you have to press the old bolt in with the bench vice or did it kind of fall right in? Thanks

Did you have new bushings made?
@madmarc Жыл бұрын
No, the main one I found on Mcmaster's: www.mcmaster.com/products/bushings/bushings~/multipurpose-sleeve-bearings-8/ And the little ones I found on ebay.
I was going to have a brass one machined. Looks like I need to press mine out and start measuring. I need to order the new bolt. I think I measured my bolt at slightly under 15mm. On the outside of the original bushing it was over 16mm. I had a full mm of play. That pedal was sloppy!

@brianspengler7932 I might measure it all up this weekend. I have the new bolt and I can press the original bushing out and mic it.

You can only do something like that if you have a lot of time and don't need any money. You can get the part new for a few dollars.
