Great job brother. I flipped a car last month 500 for the car 700 in parts sold for 6000.00 2011 Impreza. Person i got it from thought transmission was shot turned out to be a cracked line they were gonna scrap it for 300.

You're doing it absolutely right, learning as you go and researching with people who know how to do it. Sometimes things go wrong but you learn through mistakes, sometimes they are expensive. PS In my country in Germany it's gray from 7:30 in the morning until 4:58 p.m. and then it's black. It's no fun doing anything outside in the car. Nevertheless, I put the winter wheels on my wife's Opel Corsa D. That was really cold.

Everyone who works in their home garage wishes they could have a lift too. I would even go for those "quick-jack" style "lifts" but even when they are on sale they are $1500+ and I just can't swing that anytime soon, so a floor jack and 3ton and 6ton jack stands if I need a car a little higher off the ground. Keep on grinding man!!
@busybeehomeinspections9 ай бұрын
That's how 4wd supposed to work. All the wheels are locked and spinning at the same rate. Think about a corner the outside wheel will spin more than the inside Wheel if your in 4wd they spin at the same rate normally if your in 4wd the inside tire will slip automatically for example if your on snow ice or mud. Do not use 4wd on dry pavement. Great video keep up the great content!

I like your videos and I want to be positive. DAYTONA Steel Floor Jack Cross Beam look into that. You need to use jack stands whenever you're using that floor jack. That floor jack might move and crush you. That cylinder might give out drop the car. Then you've got figure out how to jack it back up. And then fix everything that broke once that floor jack moved or gave out. And with the catalytic converters. Buy yourself a temperature gun and then you can see the temperature of the catalytic converters and see if they're within spec of temperature. It'll save you time and money and it'll help you diagnose something.

Jack the car up as high as it'll go and you'll have more room to work underneath, it'll be easier to film, and it's safer for you. @@flippingcarsforfun I’m in Illinois and there’s a section where you can buy a certain selection of vehicles without a license. The market is affecting these sales, I just completed a refurb on a 2010 Lexus RX350 that I have listed for 8900 but have been getting lowball offers so perhaps tax season will increase the appetite of some people. I typically look for a bit better vehicle with less work with clean titles for quicker movement and more appeal cuz as you know time is money.

I like what you're doing, nice to see that this can be done from an average joe perspective. BUT. You didn't use a jack stand when you were under the car, only the floor jack. You really need to use a jack stand any time you lift the car. Floor jacks fail all the time. And put the parking brake on and/or put blocks behind a f ew wheels. Especially if you're going to be showing potential beginners how to work on their car.
