My first time playing through kanto on Pokemmo I was trying to get to Blaine on cinnabar island and randomly found a shiny tentacool that i think had a mark on it or something i was told it was rarer than a normal shiny

Look up Giligans encounter counter and you should get it. The custom theme i'm using is made by LordCyber but you can use any theme you want. Just by unzipping the theme folder into your theme folder containing all your themes :)
