I apologize for not touching more on my diet more. I should have gone a bit more in depth than that. I'll make a dedicated video for it! The short answer for those wondering: - meal prep companies for main meals, with some occasional fast food. Of course always making time for dinner with family. - mass gainer shakes before bed to hit macros. Basically every night since april. Fantastic for getting calories in. - protein friendly drinks & snacks. You shouldn't be going to bed hungry if you're trying to gain weight! I always weigh myself morning and evening. When I stop gaining weight, I up the macro numbers. Hope this helps someone. Thank you for watching!

40 years ago, back when almost nobody was on juice, you could get away with lying about it pretty easily. Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Hulk Hogan, they all claimed natty and to just "pray to God and eat your vitamins." Lmao. Hard to lie about it now, with everyone and their mom going to the doctor to get it. The difference is obvious, especially if you've spent consistent time in a gym.

Hey Jimbo, I'm just happy that you're happy.. Sharing some type of experience with loss and re-defining yourself is quite a f*ing step hike that many of us share and probably most of us don't have the guts or maybe the openness to share with our close ones let alone share it with the whole world on the internet. We obviously don't know each other, but if this message find you some day, I'm proud of you and proud of the work you're putting to be the best version of yourself. Keep up it brother!! Much love from an internet stranger!!

I saw the thumbnail and knew you were at least on TRT. Those shoulders and your face filling out tells the tale. You look amazing though brotha. Keep pushing weight. Check out evogens yt page and Hani’s FST-7 workouts. They will really amp up the workouts given that you’re not natural and the recovery is much better

Looks like you blurred out the part of the email to your Dr. where you're trying to persuade him to put you back on something like Adderall. My old business partner that I bought my company from said the best investment you can make for your future is in your own health. No use making a bunch of money and dying at 55… good that you are taking care of yourself. My one piece of advice at almost 60… at some point don’t worry so much about the weight you lift. It’s a matter of when , no if, that you will hurt yourself to a point that you can’t work out for a while. That’s what happened to me…. Knees and shoulders and a bicep can really put you on the sideline. Good luck on this new chapter in your life. We have been watching since you started your channel… we were blown away by your editing skills. Look at building your FB and IG. People tend to ignore FB but we have used it to pay for cars over the past couple of years as a side gig. GL Buddy!

There’s no need for anyone at 25 to do trt. I’m 39 and don’t even need to do it. It’s simply a way for the doctors to prescribe steroids. That’s it.

He literally told everyone nothing in that video. He tried to show off his muscles and small penis which he thought was big I guess. I cringed and had to forward the video when he just had that picture paused on the screen. Anyway, nothing was informative except he takes drugs and eats a lot and works out some. That’s the whole video. Oh and Randy killed himself. He always has to throw that in.

Jeff caviler worst fake weight person in history lol. Hope you can be natural again someday. I started in similar shoes, but now I'm 185 natural. Took me about 7 hard years but hey no TRT. Trt although not as bad as other ones, still best saved for when you're older n reach your full natural potential. As most of the muscle will stay much easier. Stick to low doses and good luck brother, it can be an amazing journey. 💪

The adderall addiction and making excuses like you have adhd when it’s a made up disease anyway should be a clue lol. The doctors told me at a young age I had adhd and I’ve never taken one drug in my life besides Advil and Tylenol and I’ve been very successful. Drugs are just excuses for weak little men trying to cope.
