bre the twins kicked out their best friend of like 18 years or something because their friend had an ED and the twins didnt like his eating habits. (also, the twins hid him and acted like they werent friends with him, making him hide behind things when fans wanted to take pictures and stuff, and the twins got pissed when he would like fans pictures or respond to messages.) So then the twins invited him back later and he came back obviously. They made him drop out of college so he could help them again, which he said he did but actually didnt drop out because he knew they were gonna have drama again. Then, the twins found out he responded to a fan that was saying how much she loved him, with three red hearts. The twins got so mad about it for no reason, and aggressively pulled him out of the shower while yelling at him. after that, ethan later said "hey bro im sorry, but i need to check your phone to make sure we dont have any beef." and that made him feel upset and made him feel like the twins ddnt trust him so he went back home and to college. idk if this makes sense loll
