In another video can you talk about the differences you've experienced from going from a DFY agency to a DWY agency? The Pros/Cons of both, The experiences you've had in both, and how each one taught you different aspects of business. Also, where do you see your business evolving to in the future? Some other questions you can answer as well: - Where should someone start with (with experience and without experience) - Which is easier to grow/scalability - The type of issues you run into with each business model - Your consumer demographic between each model - Time consumption from the early-stage of the business to the late-stage. - profit/cost margins - Different versions of each model ( i.e. consulting+infrastructure , DFY+software) Thanks!!!

Make a video on the "candid intro" thing that I see most KZbinrs do. It's where they start the video pretending to be casually walking around the house and then sit down at a mounted tripod and continue the video. I see everyone do it but I'm curious where y'all learned it from. Is there a reason behind it? thanks Charlie

Charlie - this is such great content. Can you please make something clear for us. When we've been selling prospects we've been targeting clients primarily looking for solutions, and more solution aware. I love the whole pain awareness approach. Where does that fit in? Also concious pain being "in pain and knowing why" - is the problem (knowing why) and the pain (the consequences) as it would seem like the unconcious pain people would be aware of the consequences, or are they not aware of the problem. For example someone that wants a better body because they feel invisible to women (unmet need), wouldn't they be aware of the pain/consequence (can't get a girlfriend) and the probem (that they're overweight) so they would also be on the left hand side? am I looking at this wrong? how are the two sides differentiated? or is the second side a subsection of the left?
@CoachRyanAngel
@CoachRyanAngel 6 ай бұрын
Do you mean for conscious means problem conscious? And the pain is the consequences listed on the left? And the right side is they are unaware of their problem? E.G. Someone who has an umet need - feels invisible to women - doesn't realize it because he's overweight
@CoachRyanAngel

Here are my notes. Let me know if I'm reading this wrong/right: TWO THINGS THAT MAKE PEOPLE BUY PAIN CONFIDENCE (TRUST) Pain - where will i get my pain to buy your thing from? - AVOID PAIN Conscious Pain (in painful situation and know problem) - consequences come as a result of problems and they create pain. People will pay you if you can remove the problems and remove the consequences Problem(s) - KNOWING WHY - PROBLEM CONSCIOUS/AWARE Someone is overweight/out of shape Consequences - CREATE PAIN Can’t get a girlfriend Can’t sleep properly Haven’t got any energy throughout the day Haven’t got enough confidence Unconscious Pain (in pain and problem/unaware) Unmet drives/needs (pain unaware) POSITIONING YOUR PRODUCT TO MEET OR FULFULL AN UMET DRIVE OR NEED Feels invisible to women - not sure why Dont have supercar - not sure why Not in a relationshop - not sure what the problem is Having what isn’t wanted (having a situation that they don’t want/FRUSTRATION ) Having a cold, not sure why, want to feel better Desire a situation they don’t have (possibilities thinking - I SHOULD HAVE X/SELF-EXPECTATIONS) Wanting to have a great physique but don’t have it

Hey Charlie, Very useful video, just a quick cinematography tip, have your camera a little higher in the webcam frame, or the loom more zoomed in on your head so it proportionally looks like you're at eye level for the webcam frame. Maybe you did this to create authenticity and I'm sure it won't increase retention a crazy amount, but it will look a better overall from an excellence/life's work frame.

So confused. How do people see this as value? This is just one of the most BASIC principles of sales explained in an 8 minute video. This isn't value it's literally common sense for anyone who has even the smallest bit of experience. "You need a pain point and you need to create confidence and conviction that your services can solve that pain point", well no shit.

@OmarEdrees, I shouldn't even comment. The lack of IQ among some people baffles me. What I've achieved this month has absolutely nothing to do with what I'm saying. "You need a pain point, and you need to create confidence and conviction that your services can solve that pain point" (his whole video) is not some groundbreaking revelation. It's essentially rule number one of sales. You'd learn that in your first month of any sales job. Naive people like you are the reason he's able to make money selling scam courses.

Only theory, no actual tactics. Yes, indirectly it has to do with getting clients but this won't help someone who has no clients. This is some of the recycled typical Sam Ovens guru stuff. Yes you can create your Ideal Client Profile using this seeing what their needs are etc. but this video has nothing to do with getting clients.
