Speaking : speak on different topics ( think for a minute)and record yourself .do this for every day Listening : Use headphone and practice .Solve more of the sections on which you are getting stuck.

U could never get seven bands if didn't study in English medium school upto 12th , so it's completely click bait title because anyone who is planning to give ielts can never complete all four exam section in just 5 days . Not single person can obtain 7 bands in writing and speaking in just 5 days it takes time and practice .
