Icl my heart is pounding man because like how am I supposed to enjoy uni if I have to take this shit serious from day 1 of uni im scared bro I want to have a social fun uni life but I don’t want to jeopardise my future

It's a difficult one to balance for sure but if you can learn to balance having fun as well as thinking about your future, that's ideal! It takes time for sure. I did professional development activities in year 1 and had loads of fun! I didn't even know insight weeks or internships existed! But I now take it alot more seriously at uni but still have so much fun with friends, societies, sport etc.
