Most of the info given in your video is truly helpful for newcomers..so thank you for a very informative video. Please do post a video on the current situation on housing, rent and.other utilities ( 2024) Also , the availability of apartments in downtown Toronto. Most of the owners ask for employment details , people who are visiting first time do not have such information at hand. The most important issue is to find a rented house to move in as soon as they land. How do you deal with such a situation especially those of us who do not have family or next to their kith and kin in that country.

Could you suggest some way out or refer anyone for 1 bed, 1bath basement/apartment in midtown but only for initial 1-2 months since we might come without job offer and we that won’t justify renting for 1 year or more.
