Some characters are similarly over, but the melee characters are almost completely different like magik ima gm genji main and magik i was having a hard time with her until recently people put a guide that you can animation cancels almost anything she does. Her basic attack into melee her alt fire into cancels into her primary fire making it come out way way faster, her portal can be animation canceled into her dash than into her slash which lets you kinda quite literally hop around the battle field with a single portal takes a lot of getting used too but it’s super fun. I love the melee characters they’re golden they can feel weird at first but once you get used to them they’re so much fun
