It depends, a big majority of groups use daum but a lot of groups use other platforms as well ::

Hi! For the outside fan meeting you had to apply on Daum cafe. Everyone that applied and got into the music show that day was able to attend the fan meeting after the pre recording. BUT it’s outside so there were lots of people just walking by and just stood all around us that were not a part of the broadcasting at all. They were just standing there. Some people had big cameras and were taking pictures of everything so in all honesty, anyone can see the mini fan meeting. For example, before oneus came out, we were waiting for them and Billie was having their mini fan meeting. We just stood there and saw everything. And yes, everything including meeting stop is updated on Twitter.

The outdoor mini fan meeting came with the pre recording. It didn’t happen for all of them though. The majority of them we just went to the broadcasting and left after. This one specifically just had an extra benefit where the boys were having a mini fan meeting outside after their pre recording.

So to answer your question, completely free if you got into the pre recording. Even if you didn’t get into the pre recording, everyone walking by was just as close as we were also just walking by. So really, anyone could be there

how early did the application release?

The day before the music show. Usually in the beginning half of the day and then you find out by the end of the day if you got in. Then the broadcasting is the following day. I always found out about the application times because they post them on Twitter so be on the lookout 🤩
